Reservation Terms :
At for your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent,
to be paid within 7 days after the reservation date to the bank account below. The other 70% of the total rent must be paid within 14 days before the arrival date. Please make your payments stating: name and booking number on Rabobank account number: NL10 RABO 0122 1201 59, attn. The buttermilk place. Abroad, BIC code: RABONL2U , IBAN: NL 10 RABO 0122 1201 59.

Cancellation conditions:

•If canceled up to 42 days before the arrival date, the deposit, with deduction of € 42,50 booking costs, € 17,50 for camp bookings, will be refunded.
•If canceled from 42 days to 21 days before the arrival date the deposit will not be refunded.
•In case of cancellation from 21 days up to the arrival date, you owe us the full rent.
•Up to 21 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be moved to another period, if available and against payment of € 42,50 administration costs. For the replacement period, a possible surcharge can be calculated depending on the season.
•In case of cancellation on the arrival date or early departure, no percentage of the rent will be refunded.
 We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your own insurance company!

General conditions:
•Arrival time camping from 1 pm.                                                                             
  Arrival time cottages and houses from 3 pm.
•Departure time camping before 11 am.   
  Departure time cottages and houses before 10 am.

•Due to fire risk we only allow gas and electric BBQ's.
•Pets are welcome, maximum 2, provided they are not a nuisance to the other guests. •Pets are not welcome in De Keet, De Hut and De Boet.
•Our site is not suitable for camping equipment longer than 5 meters (ex drawbar) and wider than 4 meters.
•We prefer to see you camping on our turf, do you still want to use a mat in your awning or under your tent then we only allow mats with an open structure of at least 3mm.
